Advanced Literary Analysis & AP Essay Writing

This intensive AP Literature seminar offers students a deep and engaging study of Jane Eyre, one of the most influential novels in English literature. Through close reading, guided discussion, and analytical writing, students will explore narrative voice, symbolism, characterization, and thematic complexity while strengthening the critical thinking and writing skills required for AP Literature success.

Students will practice evidence-based literary analysis and timed essay writing aligned with AP Literature free-response expectations. The course emphasizes sophisticated interpretation, strong textual analysis, and clear academic writing.
